What this platform is
Helios Bio Pro is a supplier and distributor of professional use peptides. We hold the inventory, publish the documentation that comes with it, and ship to practices that have been verified and approved for an account.
That is the whole of the relationship. We do not run programs, advise on protocols, or sit between a practice and its patients. What a practice does with a product is a clinical decision, and it belongs to the prescriber.
Three things we hold ourselves to
Access is earned, not assumed
Every application is reviewed individually. The organization NPI is checked against the federal NPPES registry, and no account exists until an application is approved.
Documentation is published as it is
Certificates of analysis are available to approved customers, with each certificate naming the laboratory that issued it. Where an item has no certificate on file, we say so rather than leaving the gap unmarked.
We stay inside our lane
We supply product and documentation to licensed practices. Clinical decisions belong to the prescriber, and nothing we publish is a substitute for their judgment.
How an application is handled
Applications are read by a person, not scored by a form. Four things happen before an account is opened.
- The practice applies. The application asks for the organization NPI, a named prescriber of record, and the person who will be placing orders on the account.
- The NPI is verified. The organization NPI is checked against the federal NPPES registry, and the prescriber of record is confirmed as an active licensed provider.
- The application is reviewed by hand. Every submission is looked at individually. Applications that are incomplete or cannot be verified are not approved.
- The account is created. Only once a practice is approved is a login issued. Until then, the catalog, pricing, and ordering stay closed.
What we are not
Worth stating plainly, because the distinctions matter to the practices we supply.
- We are not a pharmacy, and we are not a 503A or 503B compounding facility.
- We do not prescribe, and we do not provide medical, legal, or regulatory advice.
- We do not sell to individuals. Accounts are held by practices.
- Our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
