Apply for a provider account
Helios Bio Pro supplies verified licensed healthcare practices only. Every application is reviewed before catalog access is granted.
Before you start
The application takes a few minutes. Have these details ready.
- Organization NPI. Use the Type 2 NPI issued to the practice.
- Prescriber of record. Full name, credentials, state license number, state, and expiry date.
- Practice shipping address. Orders ship to the licensed practice.
- Work email and password. These become your sign-in credentials after approval.
What happens next
Provider access is never approved automatically.
- You submit. A pending account is created for review.
- We verify. We review the organization NPI and prescriber details.
- We respond. We aim to email a decision within one business day.
- If approved. Sign in using the email and password created below.

Submitting creates a pending account. You cannot sign in, view products or pricing, or place orders until Helios Bio Pro approves the account.
