Professional Purchaser & Product Use Policy

Helios Bio Pro operates a restricted purchasing platform for verified healthcare practices. This Policy defines who may obtain access, how approved accounts may be used, and the responsibilities that remain with the purchasing practice.
Eligibility
Purchasing access is limited to eligible United States healthcare practices and authorized professional purchasers approved by Helios Bio Pro. Applicants may be required to provide a practice name and address, organization NPI, practice type, prescriber identity and credentials, professional-license information, authorized-purchaser details, and attestations reasonably required for verification.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Helios Bio Pro may request additional documentation, confirm information through appropriate sources, impose account conditions, decline an application, or require periodic reverification.
Authorized Accounts
- Account information must remain complete, accurate, and current.
- Access is limited to the approved practice and authorized users.
- Credentials may not be shared, transferred, sold, or used by an unapproved person.
- Orders may be shipped only to an eligible practice address approved for the account.
- The practice must notify Helios Bio Pro of changes to ownership, address, NPI, prescribers, licenses, purchasing authority, or other eligibility information.
Practice Responsibility
The purchasing practice and its licensed professionals are solely responsible for complying with all requirements applicable to possession, purchasing, prescribing, dispensing, preparation, storage, administration, documentation, patient consent, monitoring, reporting, and disposal. Approval to purchase is not a legal or clinical determination that any specific product or use is permitted or appropriate in the practice’s jurisdiction.
Helios Bio Pro does not diagnose, prescribe, establish treatment protocols, supervise patient care, or replace independent professional judgment. Product listings, documentation, and support communications are not patient-specific medical advice.
Regulatory Status
Helios Bio Pro is not a pharmacy, a 503A compounding pharmacy, or a 503B outsourcing facility. No product listing, certificate, report, website statement, or purchasing access should be interpreted as a representation of FDA approval or as a claim that a product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Documentation and Chain of Custody
Available product and testing documentation should be evaluated by reference to the identified product, strength, batch, date, and source. Supplier-provided documentation and independent third-party reports must not be mischaracterized. Practices are responsible for retaining appropriate purchasing, receiving, inventory, storage, handling, and patient records.
Prohibited Conduct
- Consumer or individual purchasing through a professional account.
- Shipment to an unauthorized or residential address.
- Sharing login credentials or restricted pricing outside the approved practice.
- Providing false or misleading application, license, NPI, or purchasing information.
- Unauthorized resale, diversion, transfer, relabeling, or misrepresentation of product source, testing, approval, or intended use.
- Circumventing access controls or using the platform in violation of law or professional obligations.
Suspension or Termination
Helios Bio Pro may place an application or order on hold, restrict access, request reverification, or suspend or terminate an account when eligibility cannot be confirmed, information is inaccurate, credentials appear compromised, an account is misused, diversion is suspected, payment obligations are unmet, or legal, safety, security, or compliance concerns arise.
